These terms govern the text-message (SMS) program operated by Archery Training Center, Inc. DBA Ace Archery (“we,” “us,” “the Organizer”) for the 2026 Buckeye Classic archery tournament. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Effective date: June 29, 2026.

This is a single event messaging program. After you opt in, you may receive two types of messages:

• Safety & weather alerts — e.g., weather holds, “clear the field,” “return to the line,” and major schedule changes.
• Customer service & lost-arrow verification — two-way messages that help you during the event, such as confirming whether arrows you reported lost are still missing, and answering event questions.

At event check-in, opt in by texting JOIN to our number or by scanning the posted QR code that pre-fills the same text. You may also opt in at the check-in table by telling our staff you would like event texts; we record your consent and send a one-time confirmation. We reply once to confirm your subscription (the confirmation may include your bale assignment).

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Message frequency varies with event activity. You may receive several messages during active competition (for example, multiple safety/weather updates during a hold) and few or none at other times.

• Reply STOP at any time to cancel all event messages. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Info@buckeyeclassic.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network.

We use a messaging provider (Twilio) to send and receive these texts, and we do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in data for anyone’s marketing. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised; material changes will be posted on this page.
